This path is served by the same code as GET /v2/buy-orders and answers with its contract: same rules and refusal codes, and the same response with v1's field names added.

Parameters are the same as before.

Changed from the old v1:

Orders are in orders and, as before, in offers (the same list).
Filtered orders are listed too, with filters and allow_trade_locked. An order with filters buys only matching copies: compare them with your item before you treat its price as an offer for it.
own=1 honours game and name, lists newest first, and adds created and last_update.
count is returned only with own=1.

Prices are integers. 1000 = $1.00 USD.
